Neurava is developing novel wearables to monitor and alert for seizures and any induced cardiorespiratory dysfunctions to potentially mitigate Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP) risk by enabling life-saving intervention from caregivers. Captured data will enable SUDEP risk stratification by physicians, potentially enabling more effective treatment plans.

Recognizing the need for a unified platform to streamline the care of individuals with rare epilepsies, we have co-developed CareCompass with input from caregivers. This innovative, cost-free digital solution is specifically designed to support caregivers of loved ones living with Dravet syndrome (DS) or Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS). CareCompass consolidates caregiving tasks into one accessible platform, empowering caregivers to efficiently manage patient information, medications, emergency plans, and daily routines—all in one place. The platform can be accessed via the web and is currently available to residents of the United States.
